If the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, Dress Systems will cover return shipping costs by providing a pre-paid return shipping label.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Intimate apparel, including underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.

5. Refunds and Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees and any applicable taxes or duties are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges

7. Damaged or Defective Items
